Movement that never punishes you for resting.

Health Quest Ally turns gentle daily movement into a game for people living with chronic and autoimmune conditions. Kids and adults. Short workouts, mini-games, and a streak that survives a bad day.

Includes an optional Premium subscription, which starts with a 7-day free trial.

Built for the days you do not feel like it

Most fitness apps are built for people whose bodies do the same thing every day. This one is not.

Start with your condition

You choose the condition you are working with, and the movements and the pacing follow from that. Then pick a champion to play as.

Flare Day Mode

Flare days happen. Log one and your streak stays safe, because rest is part of the plan, not a failure. Switch on Flare Day Mode and the app offers only its gentlest sessions until you turn it off.

Streaks that survive rest

Most apps break your streak the moment you stop. Here, resting is part of the plan, and the streak holds.

The app never punishes you for resting.

That is not a feature. It is the rule everything else is built around, and it is enforced in the code by tests that fail the build if anything in the app frames a rest day as a failure, or tries to sell you something on one.

Movement is how you play

Workouts are short. Most take a few minutes. No equipment, no gym, and no need for it to be a good day.

  • Games that run while you move, so a session is something to play through rather than count down
  • Breathing and mobility work alongside strength
  • XP, levels, badges and a Champion Adventure to come back for
  • Progress that follows you if you change or lose a device
  • Full English and Spanish

Not medical advice

Health Quest Ally is a movement and wellness app. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it makes no claims about any condition. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise.

What it looks like

Real screens from the current build, captured on an iPhone. Nothing staged.

The home screen on a flare day. A card titled Resting today reads: you listened to your body, that is the plan working, not a break from it. Your streak is safe.
Log a flare day and the streak holds. Rest is the plan working, not a break from it.
A workout in progress. The champion Volt stands inside a yellow timer ring with two stars to catch, during an exercise called Gentle Neck Rolls.
Movement is the game. Stars appear while you move, and missing every one of them blocks nothing.
The workout complete screen. It reads Amazing Work, Alex! You crushed 5-Minute Morning Prime, with 85 XP earned and results showing a one day streak.
Finish a session and the payoff is on screen: XP earned, streak, totals.

For parents

A child's account is created and managed by a parent or guardian, behind a consent gate. You decide what your child sees, and you can see how they are going.

What is there

  • Parental consent gate before any child account exists
  • A parent dashboard and progress reports
  • Control over your child's settings and content
  • Account and data deletion on request, actioned within 30 days

What is not there

  • No social feed and no user-generated content
  • No chat with other users or with strangers
  • No advertising, and we do not sell data to anyone
  • No location, camera, microphone or contacts access

Who made this

Health Quest Ally is built in Brisbane by Alex Djurovic, an exercise scientist and coach who has lived with a chronic condition since childhood.

It exists because the fitness industry has almost nothing for people whose capacity changes day to day, and because being told you have broken your streak on the day you could barely get up is the fastest way to make someone stop moving altogether.

It is made for the kid he used to be.

Working with us

If you work with a patient community, a charity or a clinic and want to look at the app properly, get in touch. Happy to walk you through it, answer questions about how children's data is handled, or set you up with access.
